   I have 2 65 watt pc bulbs, one actinic and 1 10k.  Both are 4-5 months old. My ballast tanked and I ended up replacing with LEDS rather than getting a new ballast. I have the reflector and both ballast too that are also free. I just don't know which ballast is the good and which is the bad. My husband took them out before I could mark them.
