Free Purple tang in ic first one gets it

ok so after the failed previous attempt to give away this tang ill try again. First off this isnt my fish just trying to help out a friend.  It is a adult Purple tang between 6-9" closer to 9.  It has lateral line but is otherwise very healthy and has been getting better.  He took it in hoping to bring it back to health but its bullying his fish.  Again its free and FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.  Its a free fish so no complaining this time around.
