    Can't you order via their site? If you know what you want, go ahead and order it, then follow up with an e-mail indicating that you want the special. They are good people to deal with...they will take care of you. Also, if you need them to call you back before sending out the order (like if you need something specific, special fitting, etc.) note it on the order and they will do that.

    Their site says they are closed until Jan 4th.  They do have a thread that says the offer is good until Dec 31st so I think they'll honor any requests before then.

    I was told by a member on the board (that thinks highly of your products and service) to try and get ahold of you again. I've sent pms,emails and called numerous times to talk about an RO unit and got NO replies. I was wondering if someone would please get in touch with me on a unit.     I just called them about 1pm today because my auto-shutoff wasn't working properly and they answered on the second ring.

    I had a couple issues as well at first, but damn, as soon as they knew I needed help, they were all over it and had me taken care of in less than an hour, order placed and everything. I got the Typhoon 5 stage 75GPD, a set of replacement filters and a TDS meter, and they took care of me well : ). I love it so far, now I just need to find a tank I can plumb the thing into and store water so I can keep 20 - 30 gallons on hand : (.

I was lucky and have a brother that works for a food/juice production plant and they use plastic 55 gallon barrels of vinegar. They used to give the barrels away but they started having them turn up in places they weren't supposed to so they put a stop to it.  If you have any food plants like that in your area you might be able to pick some up cheap/free.
