FS - 27 gallon cube and vertex skimmer

I have a 27 gallon marineland cube for sale.  Dimensions are 20x18x18, the back and bottom are painted black and it is predrilled for a overflow and return from Glass-holes. (not included).  Comes with stand and glass top.  Paid $200 or when i bought it and am looking to get $100 OBO
I also have a vertex IN-80 skimmer that is less than a year old for sale.  It works great and pulled a lot of nasty skimmate from this tank when it was set up.  it goes for 200 brand new right now so im asking $150 OBO
If you want to package the two together i will go 200 bucks and throw in the sump i was using when it was set up.
