FS: 40 gallon breeded part out

I have a 40 gallon breeded that i've had set up for 1 year, i am looking to move out of the state in a couple months and unfortunalty have to get rid of my tank. I built the stand, canopy and sump. 
The canopy has 150 watt metal Halide (15000k with extra brand new light) two 24 inch T-5's with reflectors and two moon lights. (fits 40 gallon breeder) $150 or will part out. 
Live rock most of it has good color $5 Lb (i have around 40 lbs)
Nuclear Green Zoanthids (around 15 polyps) $120
Large Toadstool mushroom (4-5 Inches wide) $30
