Getting ripped off on eBay by an Iowa resident.

Hello fellow Iowa reefers.
99% of the reefers I run into are great people but this one guy is a scam and a fraud and has been trying to scam me on eBay since day 1.
I sold him some purple hornets... which they are, and he is trying to tell me they are blue hornets. Yes the pictures look like they are blue due to the blue LED's tricking my white balance but the 15+ people I have sold these to in the past all love them and say they are purple.
Not only that, but he tried telling me they died during the 14 hour trip but wouldnt send me any pictures but then all of a sudden said he put them in his tank and will see what happens. 5 or 6 days later I get a "item doesnt match description" case on eBay.
Normally I wouldnt post an address but he deserve NO respect or privacy as a scammer and a complete a**hole in the reefing community.  He has been nothing but rude.

I am on other reefing sites and go by this same name and have creditable posts and face to face relationships with many, many people.
Does anyone know him or live near him?  He is, im sure getting a 100% refund from eBay and keeping the coral so I am getting royally screwed. /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/angry.gif

Just an update:

eBay decided the case in his favor which means he has to return the item to me - OVERNIGHT. I highly doubt he will do that but we shall see. Maybe I blew this out of proportion but who knows. I will say he has provided a UPS tracking # but it says 10lbs...???? /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/confused.gif
