I finally got my dual GFO Reactor plumbed in, I went to the BRS calculator to see how much carbon to run thru it---it's just under a cup for my 75---question is, is this enough for my tank or should I be using more elsewhere? I didn't know if the calculator was just telling me that that amount was just what I could run thru the reactor itself.
    What are your thoughts PLEASE.
    Thanks, John

No, you could run as much as you can fit in the reactor. Its just saying a cup is the amount needed for that size of tank. Carbon goes a long way, I use small amounts and change out every month or so.

Thanks Foo, I'll run this and see how it works.

John, make sure you remember what I talked to you about, make sure not to add too much too suddenly or you'll shock your system. GFO is some powerful stuff and it can pull a lot of nutrients out of your water in a hurry, be careful.

Gotcha Adam, I'm only running the recommended amount I got from the BRS web site.

    Thanks, John
