Well I got my tank plumbed for drilled over flows and it has been running great ever since I got this amazing overflow box from Bud!.  I am still tuning the pump for correct flow but that'll get their soon enough.
I am looking to start adding stuff to my tank.  I have a large shopping list of fish that I want.
    Currently have 3 blue damsels
    I want to add in:
    - Flame Angel
    - Cortez Angel
    - Singapore Angel
    - a pair of percs
    - Coral Beauty
With my list above in mind I am also looking at getting some corals to start getting some color into my tank.  My rock when I bought it from Larry (ReefDumb) was covered in coralline.  I miss the purple color my tank had when my Power Compacts hit the coralline.  I am working on getting that back by raising my Mag, and Alk.   So what I am looking for are coral that'll be fine with my list of fish and fine with a newbie to corals all together
If you have anything that'd work please let me know what it is, pics speak a 1000 words, where you are located, and how much you want for it.  If you could throw in a little about how to keep it ALIVE that'd be beneficial to both I and the coral.

careful adding all those angels. first singapores are difficult to get eating, cortez angles get pretty big and also those angles may not get along and end up killiing eachother.

Was wondering about that as well. I know the Cortez get pretty big. The Singapore I had prior would only eat seaweed and when the lights were off but that was a 55g and I have a 125g now. I think the damsels will have to go if I want the angels. Also looking at getting a sailfin tang and maybe a yellow tang as well.

Got my first coral yesterday when I adopted a tomato clown and a Strawberry Pseudochromis. j.stacey gave me a kenya tree along with 3 turbo snails when I grabbed the fish from her. The clown is doing great. I am not so sure about the tree though. I am in need of some test kits so I can monitor my water better. Anyone know where I can get test kits cheap? I hate saying cheap but I dont have much money saved up for the kits yet.

So I think my list of angels isnt going to work unless I just want a FOWLR tank which I dont so with that in mind I have been browsing thru ebay and see a couple different softies beginner packs. I already have a Kenya Tree so dont need another one of those which all of these packs include. What I am really looking for are about 3 or 4 more corals that are easy to care for and will live under power compact lighting. I am still learning corals so before I go spending money on them and getting them in my tank I'd like a list of names that I can research and drool over pictures of before they end up in my rookie status care and I really dont want to put any coral in any kind of harm so I really want to know what I am getting and what they need to be health. I am slowly going to start raising my mag, alk, and calc here probably next week as well. Please advise if that is a good idea or not. Hope to be doing my first at home test on Monday as well so I get use to testing my water on a regular basis.

Links are wonderful too but I have my homepage set to Google even.

Fall fest is just a couple weeks away. Should be plenty of options for corals available.

Yea I understand that Fall Fest is coming up here soon but I want to do some research on the coral. Get to know the coral before I start digging my wallet out. Plus my arse is stuck at work that day... /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/sad.gif

I started with a pulsing xenia and some zoanthids, they did fine under "stock" tank lights. Ricordias, mushrooms, and leathers should do fine under lower lighting conditions as well.

I was looking at getting some Ricordias and zoas. Dont really want to get into xenia as I've seen tanks where it takes over in a few weeks time.

What is a good place to order them from?

I got a bunch of my starter corals from http://reefgardener.net/ She has an ebay store too so you can mix and match between her website and ebay store if something you want is going for a cheap bid. Flat rate shipping, so buying more doesn't cost more in shipping, which I liked and I bought 6 or 7 frags from her. The zoas, ricordia, and mushrooms that I got from her about 2 months ago have been doing great and growing nicely.
