Greenwater will keep in the fridge for long periods. I have personally kept it in the fridge for up to 60 days at a time shaking it every few days to keep cells suspended. I have had other clients who have said it will keep even longer but i my self have not tried it.
Greenwater/phytoplankton can be fed every few days or once a week with varying amounts depending on your tank load.
