Just received the Hanna ALKALINITY tester. This thing is amazing! I own the Phosphate, the Phosphourus one and now the alkalinity. This one the reagent is a liquid so very easy to use. I just did 3 tests in a row and received the exact same reading on each tank. Both tanks were different yet when I would test one I would always get the same reading for that tank.

Very very impressed. THe other nice thing is the reagent bottle comes with 30mls of reagent. You need 1 ml per test. So 30 tests come with it.

+1 on this rec. I have been using the alk tester for a couple of years. It calibrates well with Salifert which is less precise. Also have compared to Elos. Not as happy with phosphate tester just due to powder reagent but it works fine just a little bit more effort.
