    Hello all,
I'm new here and new to marine. I  currently have a 72 gallon bowfront I've been messing with for the last few months.

I am planning on starting to put together a FOWLR tank soon. I'd like a 75 gallon. Or I might get a 55 gallon to put my current FW stock in and make my 72 gallon the FOWLR tank. Hoping to find a good deal on a startup here in the classifieds. Looking forward to reading about tanks in my area too!!

    Welcome

Lots of good people here to help you out.
Aquatic Enviroments is a great store in eastern Iowa where you can get supplies, and livestock, and etc.
Also AC& C is in the waterloo area and is owned by a member here in GIRS (xroads)

Don't be shy on the boards if you need help or have questions

Thanks, I was at Aquatic Environments yesterday picking up my Boeseman Rainbows. Going there really solidified my quest to get a FOWLR started. It will be slow since I've stuck so much money in my FW tank the past couple months. I hope to start piecing it together soon as I can find a decent tank for it.

Yes, Yes it does. I think my plans have changed a bit. I think I am going to start a plywood tank build for freshwater and make my 72 gallon bow my FOWLR tank.
