    From Marine Depot:
"Best when used with a pump which can provide 1200 gph at a 4` head i.e. a Mag 18, GenX PCX40 (Mak 4), Iwaki 40RLT."

I have a Mak4 which is the same pump as the PCX40 that I'd sell for $75. I'm in Creston though.

I see it is a buckett, does it need to be force feed or is gravity enough? I've heard people using a 1800-2000gph pump to force water outta the DT down to the skimmer/sump and then using a 1200gph to pump from the sump back to the DT to increase the bubble count. think i'd need to do that? I have a 6' 125g tank I'd be using it on.

Ron, are you looking for a 55gallon tank? I have 2 I want to get rid of. Would trade one for a protein skimmer that's rated for 125gallons or more.

I already have a 40 gallon and stand that I have decided to use for a sump.  Can't help you out with the skimmer either I'm afraid, I only have the one, an Aqua C Remora Pro.  I think it would be a little small for you anyway and may even be too small for me once I add the sump.

I actually am looking for a 55g... I plan on using one as a sump for a 180g. Is it glass and non drilled?
