Help needed at Spring Fest

Spring Fest is around the corner and we need help from members for the show.


We need help setting up and tearing down: Friday - 4:30pm - 7pm (set-up), Saturday morning - 7:30 - noon (set-up); and Saturday 5:30 - 7pm (tear down)


We will also several people to help at the registration desk and selling raffle tickets during the show: noon - 5:30pm.


Please reply here if you can help - and when. The more hands we have helping, the less work for everyone.

I know that a number of people are planning to help. To give us a rough idea of who can help when, I've created the following list:


Schedule:


Friday set-up: 4:30 pm - 7:00pm Nick, Joe, Pete, Brad, Terri, Jeanette


Saturday: 7 am - 11:30 am Nick, Joe, Pete, Chris, Terri, Jeanette, Dan, Brock (nanotank10), Casey, Terri


Saturday: (4+ people) 11:30 - 1pm Nick, Casey, Dan, Troy, Brock, ????


Saturday: (3-4 people) 1pm - 2pm Nick, ???


Saturday: (2-3 people) 2pm - 3pm Dave, ????


Saturday: (2 people) 3pm - 4pm Nick ??????


Saturday tear down: 5:30 All the usual suspects /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif


We need several people for set-up on Friday, Saturday morning, and tear down on Saturday. Can you help us for set-up or tear down and/or for a shift on Saturday afternoon?? If you want to do more than one shift on Saturday afternoon that's always great too!!!!!!

 

I've updated the initial posting with specific times that we would like to see people volunteer for. That way, no one that volunteers will feel that they might get stuck the whole time. Thanks you for your help!!

 

Thanks to everyone that has replied. I've update the list regarding who is going to be available to help at different times. I haven't filled much in yet betwee 1pm and 4pm - as I'm not sure when some people want to work. Hopefully with registration starting at 11:30 - alot of that effort will be thru by 1pm. So - Chris, Nick, Joe, Pete, Casey, Brock - let me know what times I can put you down betteen 1 and 4 - and Dan and Troy let me know if I can put you down for any additional time. Or even to pair up with someone for an hour (so you manage the time between two people). Anyone else is welcome also!
