HELP!!!

  1. I have a new visitor in my tank I started this from scratch so not sure how I ended up with this thing but I have no idea what it is can anybody help me I took pictures of it but do not know how to download them on here. It is a worm looking creature it is about 4-6 inches long. O dont know if its harmful to tank or not? any help would be appreciatedif u have email i am willing to email pics to figure this out please!!!

    Sounds like a bristle worm, one that size should probably be removes bit they are beneficial in my opinion.
     
  3. yep i looked it up after you said it and thats exactly what it is thank you I got him out of tank he is just too big

    The small ones are beneficial clean up crew members, it's when they get over populated or really big that they can become a problem.

    At night he will come out sometimes and move around on bottom. When it does grab it with tweezers and take it out
