Helpful Forum Tiips

Here's couple of hints to help make the most of the GIRS forum.
1) If you want to search for something in the forums, use the forum specific search located in the upper right side of the forum pages.   It gives you more options that the normal search box like the ability to search for specific users and in specific forums.

2) If you'd rather see an "all in one" view of recent forums posts, use the "Active Topics" button located in the upper left side of the forum pages.   This allows you to see all of the topics that have been active for a given time range, this can be very helpful by reducing the amount of navigation it takes to keep updated on posts in several forums.  

Be sure to check the time range in the drop down box.   It defaults to the last time you viewed the main forum list.
