Hermit Crab ID please!

    My tank has been running for about a year and I haven't added any crabs since my original cleanup crew order nearly a year ago - all crabs ordered were blue legged hermits from Live Aquaria. I did have plenty of gorilla crab hitchhikers since my rock is from TBS. However, I have no clue how I got this mystery hermit. I've noticed a few of them lately and they have been taking over the shells of some of my larger snails. I managed to snag one of them and threw him into a small fuge in my frag tank for now.
    Any ideas on what this guy is?

    "bad *** hermit crab". sorry, couldn't resist. looks cool, red legs almost like a scarlet, but thiers are usually brighter colored.

    Yeah these guys have an unusual greyish color to their legs. I may try to throw a blue leg in there next to him so you can get an idea for size comparison.

    Ya I got one in my batch of reds/blues from reefs2go..
    Dunno what it is, doesn't seem to have a bad temperment or eat corals...
    Didn't take the time to look since he wasn't creating problems /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/smile.gif
    He seems smarter than the red and blues though...
