High School Help Wanted

I will be talking to a group of freshmen at Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids about starting a saltwater tank. I will do a show-and-tell with my spare equipment and a brief tutorial about getting started. Obviously being a young high school group, they will not have much money to get started. Would the club be willing to take up a donation of used equipment to help them out? I don't know how much space or time they can dedicate ...nor do I know just how serious they are. What do you think?

After my talk with them, I concluded that they aren't quite ready to jump into saltwater. I will work with them this spring on a freshwater setup and then revisit their desire to start a saltwater tank next fall. I will post a new request for help/equipment/anything next fall. Thanks again, Bob
