    I'm looking to buy an Aquamaxx HOB-1 skimmer or any other decent hang on skimmer. If anybody in the Des Moines area has one that they would sell send me a message. Thanks!

    Thanks for the offer. I guess I forgot to put in the ad that I'd prefer a skimmer with an external pump like the Aquamaxx, prizm, etc.

    I have a SRO LX2000s, hell of a skimmer, tank is too small now In davenport but might be able to meet ya

    That would be way overkill for what I need. It's 40 gallons. How much would you be asking for it though?

    Not sure you would want that on a 40... It could probably be your single source of waterflow! lol

    Really? I have no experience with them, but I was reading that they are 250gph max. I have an MP10 at 100% and an AC110 on it now. I could use even more flow.

    I have a used remora for sale if you're interested. Needs a cleaning and a pump. $50

    Most of them are used with a mag pump.
