Advice? Hole in stand.

    I had this stand custom built and I wanted enough room to work under the overflow if need be. Ended up being a lot bigger hole than I thought. Just curious if I should add a board across the front section of the hole to brace it or leave it. I will be putting foam down so that should dispears the weight and there is support in the back side of the tank.

    Looking at your support braces should be fine. I have a cutout like this on my 225 and no problem at all.

    I think you will be fine also. It is supported on all sides

    Alright thanks for the responses. I thought I would be just wanted others opinions before i got too far into it.
