My bag said neon.  I haven't actually seen it open yet though.  I've put it in my quarantine tank with the fish I got, and turned the lights out for the evening.  I'll let you know what it look likes today after it opens.

Chris any word on this yet? I would like to have a neon and a blue like I ordered but I guess it isn't a big deal. Whatever you want to do.

 

I'm pretty sure that my zoa is a neon blue, like the bag was marked.  It doesn't totally look like the picture, but more like the picture for the neon blue, than the plain blue.  The outer part of the skirt is a darker color than the rest of it.
