    I'm looking to sell or trade my Hydor Smart Level ATO. I just bought it a month ago, but my tank is too small for it. I have it in a very small compartment and there just isn't enough water for it to work like it should. A float switch would work better in my situation. $80obo.

    Just an fyi, I found the same out, they're a bit out of place for small tanks.. Buuuut you can turn it at a 45 degree angle or more and get your operating distance to about 1/8" or so.. :)

    That is good to know! Wish I would've known that before I boxed it back up and bought the Tunze.

    For those considering this, it's a great ATO in my opinion. Works beautifully on a 29 biocube in chamber 3.

    Sorry, I can't do $40. I paid almost $90 for it and it was only used for about 2-3 days.
