I am having trouble with some frags that I got from a friend of mine he is a member and has a very beautiful established tank the frags were in great condition and everything was fine but some of the Zoas have a lime green slimy algae around the base of the pods and they are starting to choke them out does anybody have any experience with this if so let me know what you think it is and what I should do thanks for the help

Sounds like it could be a flow issue. How much flow is in your tank?

    Turbo snails eat it.
    How old are ur bulbs?
Older bulbs will likely grow more algae.
    And flow is a must
