I swear the post office wonders why they don't make any money and they say they need to cut back. Well this is a prime example of why they lose customers. Nothing but compete disrespect if you ask me. Hopefully everything comes around probably lucky it was just a cuc and not fish.

At least it was actually delivered to your house and not someone elses 2 miles away and left on their porch in 20 degree weather. It never arrives so I file a claim and get a refund. Then the elderly lady whose house it was sent to finds your work number in the phone book and calls you 2 days later that a package is on her porch but is too heavy for her to lift and is addressed to me. After work I go over already knowing what I will find and sure enough, a block of ice with a kole tang inside. Also they deliver our mail regularly to the wrong place and others to ours. At least twice a week we get other peoples mail. Who knows what we end up never getting sent to us, probably just ads and coupons.

Only times I've had an issue with the post office was when i ordered from reefcleaners. First time the package was 5 hours late. 2nd time I ordered from them it got smashed and lost and rerouted and 2 weeks late, all in the winter. Luckily the 2nd time was only some mangroves and some pods. Maybe it's just Florida. Also had live rock from FL that should have arrived in 3 days get held over the weekend and arrive the following Monday (day 5).

How convenient this came from reefcleaners as well. I do not blame them though I think this is clearly the postal service.

Wow that is bad! I always just thought it was me and bad luck with postal carriers. Although I seem to be on a streak of a new carrier every week! I haven't received mutalated packages like that but have had numerous occasions where the post office sits on a package for days without delivering. Yeah that's really USPS "smart" post shipping lol

Wife had to return a warranty part that was pre paid USPS. Get there and the lady told me that I had to use my own tape. It's **** customer service. Take a box to fed ex and they add packing and tap the hell out of it. USPS is broke because they have **** customer service, crap hours. Our PO is only open from 8-12. So if a package is sent to us that would regularly be delivered to your front door, we get a yellow slip in our PO. So pretty much a dead company failing to accept it needs to get off the tit (our tax money) and accept the private enterprise can do better

I just got a Reef Octopus hob skimmer for my tank and sure enough it had a fracture in the main skimmer body. I was able to use some acrylic glue and saved it. Just really bums a person out to pay good money for poor service.

I was going to complain that they put my fish in front of the garage yesterday instead of my front door but now I am feeling rather lucky after hearing your stories!
