Are you game for a toughie? and a single species tank? I work with Red Spot glass cardinalfish... and they NEVER hide, and spawn regularly for me. Very active fish, in small shoals. They do much better in single species (or rather- limited species tanks) and they are dwarfs, never amounting any larger than 1.5" at the very most. I have a school of 9 in a 14g biocube and they do very well in there. [IMG] **they do look very 'fresh water' though... so, you gotta like the look.

I have had the best luck with ordering through LA for them to do well.. they are very difficult to ship, and have a tough time with change of hands (so, although I normally support the locals, this one is one I would go direct!).

no problem! Good luck! and thanks, that tank is my little pride and joy! small, but with all my breeders, I don't want to spend countless hours on a larger reef. /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/wink.gif
