    Just as stated I have 2 Ice Cap 250w HQI ballasts with custom DIY reflectors 12"w x 17"l and cords For sale. $200. (bulbs are 8 months old)
    (Kylie has first dibs,) if she does not want them, then I will go by the next one on this post.
