Icecap Customer Service sux

    so a little over a month and a half ago i poseted something about icecap metal hallide led t-5 bulbs. I FINALLY got ahold of someone at icecap after sending them 15 emails and calling them and leaving messages after messages after messages, The last time i called i finally commented on their HORRIBLE customer service and commented on how i was NEVER going to purchase another one of their products. After everything i said on that last voicemail they finally decided to call me back. I talked to a guy named Chris Conti He was a total *** H*** i told him i have a icecap illumination light with the 4" Led t-5 bulb and asked him where i could find them to purchase on because one of mine is burnt out, He responded with No where, No one sells them. I said ok so basically your saying im screwed and im not able to find a replacement bulb and he said well they wont be out on the market for sale because theres no demand for them. Anyways after about 15 mins of talking to this guy he finally decided to mention that he could send me another one in the mail for free since these lights arnt even a year old. I gave him my address and everything and he said i would have it in 7-10 days. This was 2 weeks ago. I emailed him on thursday and asked when he thought the light bulb would arrive, He replied with i forgot to put the order in for it and that the light would be shipped out today "Monday" and arrive 7-10 days from today.   Any ways as to what im getting to, for anyone that is thinking about buying anything from them I wouldnt recomend it at all from all the bull crap iv had to put up with just to get one led bulb its pathedic.

    That is sad as they used to be one of the best around.

    The economy has crippled them & pushed them to the brink of bankruptcy.

    Hopefully they recover & restore their service to previous levels.

    yeah its just a shame you think a company thats having hard times would do anything to make their "Paying Customers" happy by any means possible but from my experiance obviously thats not the case they just dont care. Dont get me wrong i love this light its a really nice light and its built really well but from now on i know i wont be buying another light from them after this experiance. It would be a different story if the guy i dealt with would call me up and say he was sorry about all of this but he doesnt even have the respect to call me he just emails me.
