Ich or not?

Hi everyone,

I am hoping to get some answers as to what these white spots are my angelfish.  I have had her in qt now for about 1 1/2 weeks now and these spots just started on her tail fin.  They do seem to have gotten a little larger and there are more of them.  She doesn't have the salted look anywhere else on her body, so I'm not sure if it's ich or not.   She continues to eat well, no heavy breathing, and she is out swimming all the time.  After reading a lot about ich I know that these are some of the problems usually noticed on fish that have it.  So I was wanting your input/advice on this,  I was also wondering if it could be Lymphocystis.   Sorry the pictures are not that great.
