ID please?????

Hey guys, I need some perspective here... just found these mystery 'worm-hair' like things in my QT from my latest shipment...


Latest order included: Emerald crabs (ruby and green), flame scallaps, Turbo snails (astrae species), Neon gobies..





These worm like things have appeared just about a week after shipment arrived....and am not really sure what they are. They wave in the current and are not hard at all, maybe a form of worm?


Anybody seen this, dealt with this... or just care to comment! lol Thanks in advance!

 

Thanks vikubz- I'm afraid it's most definitely not a feather duster... I think I've narrowed it down to a type of hydroid. a digitate hydroid.

I guess since it's in a QT I'm not too terribly worried, just don't know the correct protocol to getting it off of my critter's once I need to transfer them into their respective systems...
