    So I got a rock that had a "dead" zoa on it. The tank was gonna cycle so I figured extra crud would help so I didnt remove it. Well now its opened and sprouted 2 more heads...

    Looks like a teal paly to me. I have some in my tank and they grow pretty quick.

    Its crazy it was shriveled up and lifeless and then 2 weeks later bam. Open and growing

    If it was me I would dispose of it. They can become very invasive

    I think that's about the same way I got mine. They can take over and spread pretty quickly, but if you keep the rock segregated from the main structure I don't think you will have any issues.
