iPhone 4 32GB and iPhone 3GS 16GB FS

My girlfriend, through work, can get "unlimited everything" plans from Sprint for $20 per line. As a result we are thinking of getting rid of the AT&T plans. Right now we have the 32GB iPhone 4 (immaculate), a black 16GB iPhone 3GS (good condition, my have some surface scratches, but screen in mint shape, Most of the "damage" would be on the chrome bezel, and then an add-a-line Sony ericson model that my mother uses currently fro the free mobile to mobile minutes.
Anyhow, what I was thinking is something like $250 for the iPhone 4 and $100 for the 3GS if you transfer the plans to your name (would need to go into Best Buy or ATT together). The 3GS line is up for the fully subsidized iphone 4 price in February. The iPhone 4 line just got updated on the launch day (June 7 I believe). The nice thing about these lines is they both have the "granfathered" unlimited data for $30/mo, which you can downgrade, but that plan is not available to new contracts anymore.
If you want just the phones (no contract), I'd like $600 for the iPhone 4 or $300 for the iPhone 3Gs. I have jailbroken and unlocked all the phones and would give you a ton of apps (including $80 GPS app) and such since I would no longer have any device to use them on.
Forgot to mention the iPhone 4 would come with two black Apple bumper cases and the 2GS would come with 2-3 various silicone and hard-cases that my lady has stashed in the closet someplace.
For now, I am just checking interest as we would need to work out the new contracts with Sprint. You will be able to change the numbers while at the ATT store, which would be preferred as we would try to keep our old numbers with Sprint if at all possible.

 

I forgot to mention that I would be willing to throw in a "backup" unlocked blackberry pearl "throw-away" phone that you can just pop a sim card into if you took the contract. Can add it for a bit of cash if you just wanted the phone(s).
We also have a slew of iPhone/iPod USB-dock connectors that we would throw in as we would have no use for these either.
