Helping a buddy put together a 80 gallon reef and I was wanting some input on to go with the jebao wp-10 or 25, and to go with 1 or 2, I was planning on the 10s but the 25 are about the same price as the 10s on amazon. Thanks

Go with the WP25's. I've got 2 of them on my 75gal tank and am happy with the flow. The 10's wouldn't be enough for keeping SPS. And you can always run them at 50% speed initially.

    The 10s do 1056 gph 25s do 3000 gph. I'd say 25

I have a 90 and just purchased 2 25s off amazon a couple months ago. I would go with the 25s. I run them at full speed on the "wave" setting and they provide a really good flow!

Go with the 25, and I would say to get the dual controller. There is a lot of options with that. Check out reefbreeders, they have packages with 2 pumps and dual controller.

$180 for two variable powerheads and a dual controller is a sweet deal. He is a bit more than ebay, but he is a good guy and posts on the larger forums so you can get a hold of him if you have problems or warranty work.

Thanks guys, you made the decision very easy, 25s it is and I'll definitely look into the dual controller seems like it'll make things a bit easier

I just got a 2nd 25 with that controller for my 65, running about 65%, great random flow and easy to use. Set the pumps to run opposite each other switching about every 1 sec so it doesn't flow too strong either direction.
