JTown - If you know him, contact him ASAP

I really don't like doing this type of action, but it seems as if I have no other choice.  I purchased a Skimmer from him over two months ago, paid for it, he has the money and all I have received is 4 texts since then saying it is in the mail, or that I gave him a wrong address but he did not have a computer to check to see if he even sent it to the right place.  So with this, I will be contacting the US Postal Office about mail fraud charges against Justin Gerlach, 5225 Merced st., Des Moines, IA 50310 due to the nature of this transaction.  Luckly I did send the payment by mail, and he received it, since he cashed it and ask to have a receipt sent back with the skimmer, which never showed up.
The thing that will really suck for him is that this is a Federal Charge and will be with him on his record for....always.
I have been lucky enough to have some very good club members assisting with the communications with him, but it seems like that trust might have expired since he has been advocating to completion of this transaction since the start.  So this is why I am asking for additional help.  If you know Justin, have him return my text, messages or just my money.  after this snowball starts, it will be very difficult to stop.
