I have a very large acrylic sump for sale 60" long 24" wide and 16' tall

2" drain input chamber that flows over two 4" filter socks (I'll include about 20 washable ones that I have) bubble trap sponge into return pump chamber, auto top off built in. Fuge portion drains into the return pump chamber to allow beneficial copods to bypass the skimmer chamber. Recommended return pumps are 2 eheim 1262 pumps and the return chamber is sized around them. Also has float level switches built in to monitor water levels. Can e-mail/text you through a compatible controller if levels drop to low or high.

I'll get some pics up tomorrow once I get it cleaned up. Asking $400 must be picked up from Decorah, IA

How many gallons do you estimate?

The sump itself will hold up to about 100 gallons, the fuge portion is 30" x 24" x 16" tall and is about 50 gallons while running. The sump portion only has about 8" of water (optimal for most larger skimmers) and is regulated by the top off system. So while in operation there is about 75 gallons in it with the remaining 25 gallons of available room for back siphoning in the event of a power outage. /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/smile.gif

Sump also has intergrated probe holder in return chamber and heater holder under the top off tank. SRO6000SSS Skimmer, 3 Eheim 200 watt TruTemp heaters or 2 Eheim 1262 return pumps are not included with the sump, will sell seperately.

Skimmer removed so you can see back return chamber and bubble trap sponge. Water has to flow in and over into the filter socks which makes changing them very easy and maximizes their efficiency. Return pump can be taken out and cleaned while the other one remains in operation by simply removing the bubble sponge and unscrewing the union holding the tubing to the pump. You can also see the level float switches in the back left chamber where the return pump sits.

nice sump, and a nice price. If I didn't already have my big custom sump I would be seriously considering this.

You're not tearing down the 300 completely are you?

Yes, I'm just going with a small office tank for now. Sure you don't need a backup sump?/DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/wow.gif
