Due to some medical issues I am leaving the hobby. I am in Johnston and the tank is a 120. I will keep the tank and some equipment to eventually run freshwater, but most of the salt stuff is going. Many of the coral and equipment I will sell for half off or more. Of course coral has to go 1st, then the fish and other stuff. If someone had time you could resell this stuff and make a lot of money.

Here is just some of the equipment:

Aptasia wand 110 new, 50 now. Only used a couple of times

BM doser with extra heads and 5g buckets of D foster and Smith Ca and Alk. 300 new (plus 60 for heads and 120 for the 5g buckets of Ca and Alk) 300 takes it with everything (480 total value)

5 Hydra 26 lights and director. 1,600 new. Used under 6 months. 1,000 takes them.

Enaly ozone generator, adjustable to 100mg/hr. 190 new, asking 100.

    Vertex 180I skimmer. $500 new, asking 300.

    GYRE xf150 - 300 new, 150 - spare paddle broken.

MP40 - this was a WWD and now has the quiet drive driver upgrade. Not wireless. 150

3d printed Biopellet reactor. really cool design, just got it last week for 150 plus ecobak plus pellets for 45. Sell for 120 for both (195 cost, just got last week) http://reefbuilders.com/2015/07/21/...rs-unique-3d-printed-spin-biopellet-reactors/

Avast diaphragm pump I use for ATO 45 new, 25.

RO system with extra DI. I put in a spectapure memebrane 99% rejection membrane 3 months ago. http://spectrapure.com/NEW-99-percent-rejection-SpectraSelect-Plus-Tested-90-GPD-RO-Membrane (55 new for membrane). 60 bucks for the entire unit with extra filters.

I am sure there is lots of other equipment I forgot. Total for equipment listed is 2250. Will bundle it all for 2k.

So the livestock. Coral 1st to go, then fish as I can't catch them. The tank has had a mini crash, most stuff still looks fantastic, but as I just can't keep it going with everything going on right now (price what I paid):

Yellow pyramid butterfly: 70 new, sell for 45.
Black pyramid butterfly: 70 new, sell for 45.
Around 12 lyretail anthias with 1 male. The male had popeye, he is free. 24 each new. All for 200.
    Longnose hawkfish: 40 new, 20.
    Clown goby, free.
5 captive raised pajama cardinals, 1 Banggai: over 80 new, 45.
    Midas blenny: 50 new, 25.
    Carberryi Anthias: 40 new, 20.
Red Striped Anthias, 60 new, 30.

    Probably forgetting something...

    Inverts:
A ton of coral. Will make great price. Including a fox flame acro frag that I paid 250 for. Other rare guys branching cyphastrea, branching leptoseris from unique corals. Pikachu acro from unique corals that was 150. Quite a few WWC guys too. Some decent size acro colonies. ORA red goni that has doubled in size and some other goni. Tons of hammers and frogspawn. Rare montis like superman. All sorts of Zoa, divers den aquacultured sponges. Just quick adding it up there is several thousand in coral and other critters. Snails, blue and marble starfish that has been doing great. Bazooka joe, bubblegum monster, spiny pectina and more. 4 cleaner shirmp (I think), 2 fire shrimp, a lot of peppermint. All sorts of serpents stars, reds, spotted, bubble.

Many of them are encrusted on the 2 rock work items I have. Ceramic vidarock. The one is approx 17" tall, 18" long and 13" wide, the other is 11" tall, 22" long and 12" wide. One was over 300 new, the other around 200.

Many coral can be removed, but some is on there pretty well. Ideally they would go together, but I don't really know how people would want do do that. I would like to sell the rock and coral together.

Just a quick eyeball is well over 2k in coral. If anyone can bundle the inverts 1,800 takes it all with the rock, fish, inverts, everything.

Take the listed equipment and the livestock and it's 3,500. That is crazy cheap and I am sure you could easily make a good deal of money. You have to help me for that price though! I just can't afford to take the time right now. The tank was tank of the month at Reef2reef, not published yet, and it won the acro growout contest at reef2reef. I have a build thread over there. Pics to follow. Text me 515-689-6468

The tank does not look like this 100%, I have added some coral and lost a couple.

Oh dang man, I'm sorry to hear about this! Didn't this tank have a thread on R2R that got featured on a FB post? This is a killer beautiful tank, I hope it all goes to someone that can take care of it like you did.

Thanks! It's been featured on several FB posts from reef2reef. If anyone buys the bundle I have some coral food and zeo supplements I will throw in, along with my test kits (salifert and hanna) and my digital refractometer that has only been used once.

Oh, I forgot the marine betta, he was 100 from LA, had him a couple of years now. When you get them you have to train them to take dead food, now he takes almost anything including flakes, pellets and of course frozen. 50 for him.

Ok, so have a deposit on the livestock, lights and mp40 from one person.

The wand, diaphragm pump, and biopellet reactor and pellets to nanotank. ($195 total)

The gyre to Rob. Bonus, I had to buy the extras strong magnet which was $60 to hold on 3/4" glass that I will toss in as a bonus. ($150)

I think that is everything spoken for at this point. Leaving the skimmer, ozone and doser left.

I will toss in a BRS ozone probe that was $70 new if anyone takes the skimmer and ozone together for $400. The ozone has a port for the probe so you can use it without any controller like the APEX. That all cost me $750 just at the beginning of the year. That is saving $350 on equipment that is well under a year old!

Will drop the BM doser and 2 part 5 gal buckets to $250 - with BRS slim dosing containers that is over half off with brand new heads.

I also have a milwaukee digital refractometer. Paid 105 at amazon, used twice. Less than half off - $50.

Refractometer sold. Still have skimmer, ozone and doser. Also have 5g bucket of BRS kalk powder. 55 new, I have used a few cups but most of left - $25. Also 200g box of instant ocean. I think they run 40-45, asking 25. Hanna ultra low phosphorus checker (love it - a must have imo). New $50. Asking 30 plus I just got around 20 packs of reagent for it I will include.

Ok, so I don't think I will be needing the dosing pump - should be ready to go next week.

    BRS 50ml/min. $90 new. Asking 50.

Was using kalk. Not much use, it's pretty new.

I guess I won't need the ATO either.

    Tunze osmolator universal. $210 new.
Plus switched outlet socket so you can run a different pump, really handy to have especially if the included tunze pump (included but never used) doesn't suit your purpose. $69 new.

Total new cost of $279. Asking $150. Best ATO you can get imo.
