    Hello all,





    We are trying to put together a LED DIY meeting with none other then the Guy's at MakersLED! We are looking at end of September or October sometime. Just keep this in mind, because its coming.


    David and I have talked with Andy (MakersLED) and he is looking into some DIY group pricing and or discounts. They are working on some really cool DIY stuff and I for one am very pumped about there products. They are a club sponsor and you can head over to there web site to check out some things they are doing.

    I would totally be up for this. I am almost ready for lights for my 180 build. This would be almost perfect timing.

    The meeting is set for Sunday October 13th in North Liberty. Not the 18th as it says for a possibility earlier in the thread. Look at the link blackx-runner posted for all info.

    Thanks Guys! I seen that one too, but that was from a long time ago and when we didn't know the date yet. I should have just deleted it, but thought I would just update it instead.

    Ok everyone please don't miss this meeting it just don't get any better then this! I have a full room rented at North Liberty Rec center for this event so there will be plenty of space. Class room C just left of front desk! Please go to the poll and let us know your coming or if you may.

    Thanks to Andy at Makers and Kyle and whoever else help set this up. Very informative, I will be able to do my project now. On top of that I won the raffle for the 12" light we were building, a huge plus.
