I'm currently running 2 250w halides over my 75.  I'm thinking of adding 2 of my 65w pc bulbs to do some actinic to the set up.  Right now, both halide reflectors take up a lot of room within my hood, so I'm curious as to how to mount the pc bulbs.  Is it possible to put a pc bulb in the bottom back inside of the reflector, or would that get the pc's too hot?  If not, I'll have to figure out where to put them..
    Thanks,
    Jason

You can put them under the halide reflectors in the front/display side of the tank angled slightly toward the center of the tank. If you get a reflector for these bulbs they shouldn't get too much hotter than they would on their own. Don't worry about having some of the halide's rays blocked by the pcs, these rays will only light the glass anyways. By blocking these rays you are also helping yourself by not having to clean the glass as much!
