Does anyone have the Nanocustoms 5.6 LED Retro Kit?? I have been looking at upgrading my lighting and am leaning towards LED and wanted to get others thoughts on it.

I'm kind of scared to drop so much on lighting so I'm hoping someone can help ease my fears [IMG]

I did a lot of research before I put LEDs over my nano.  This is one of the most well thought out and put together kit.  It comes with everything you will need, and has most of it wired up for you. Plus I think that they install it for free if you would like.  The kits are very expensive, and that is one of the downfalls, but if you don't trust yourself to build it then your best bet is to go with the kit.  Led's look awesome over a nano/biocube.  If you aren't in a hurry and wanna save some money, you can also wait for the T5 VHO retrofits for the biocube from Nanotuners. I'm guessing that kit should be quite abit cheaper than led, and should have awesome lighting like the LEDs.

If you are not worried about keeping the hood, look into a maxspect fixture they are doing a group buy on NANOREEFs and they are cheaper, but they are a fixture that is defintally worth it. The other thing I would recommend is to the another hood, and have them build it in the new hood, and put the nice Silent X fans in there too. I would have 2 hoods, because if something were to happen you will have the stock hood, and a backup.
