Live Aquaria Tour?

    Would anybody be interested in getting a group together for a full day adventure up to the liveaquaria facility in Wisconsin on March 19th? I noticed on their website that they offer a facility tour 3 times in 2016 for reef clubs and thought this would be super cool to see. Here's the link, not sure who would be in charge of this but I would definitely tag along!

    PS: It's in Rhinelander WI which is a 5.5 hour drive from Cedar Rapids so to make a 12:10PM tour, we would have to leave around 6AM or drive up the night before and get a hotel room.

    I think they just took a group up in August if I remember correctly. You might still be able to scrounge up enough to go. Doesn't hurt to try.

    Yep, there was a about 8 of us that went in August. Good trip and definitely a risk of emptying your wallet! They did give everyone a 20% discount on all livestock purchases and several GIRS members won raffle items.

    If you want to go I would put your name on the list and don't wait around for a group. Spaces usually fill up relatively. It's hard to get people to commit to the weekend trip.
    I thought it was well worth the trip. If you have time I would definitely recommend going.
