Live rock to be sold

    I Have maybe 200 or more lbs of live rock for sale. It was used in fresh water tanks and can be brought back to life by boiling. Please make offers.

    Without sounding like a dick here, for one, it's not "live" if it's been used in a freshwater aquarium. Not only that if you boil something it will kill, AKA sterilize the rock and would definitely not "bring it back to life".

    Lol I don't really no anything about it i bought all the fish tanks at the Mad Hat auction today and and the rock came with it, the lady said boiling them would work to bring it back then I looked it up after I posted this and discovered its technically Dry Rock now and you just have to rinse it very well and surround it with live rock to bring it back.

    If copper was used in the freshwater tanks this stuff should never be used in a salt tank......my bet is copper was used.....u have 200 lbs of freshwater rock or really nice lawn rocks

    if you wher not so far a way i would buy it for my bigger reef tank how far ya from desmoines?

    No wonder she went out of business with comments like that.
