Live rock

    Going to start off 100 pounds of rock, in a garbage can with pump and heater.
    What do most people add to speed it up?

    A few chunks of already live rock to seed the dry rock.

    If it is leaching phosphate then add lanthanum chloride to bring it down quickly...
