JB, I'd highly recommend Tom Winkowski.  We've used him on our last three houses.  He supplies the labor and gives you the receipts for any material he picks up.  You will get twice the labor for the price paid.  And he's very particular.  He's working on our enclosed porch and kitchen remodel now, but might be available in about 5 weeks.  Would need to work that out with him.  I've never been happier than when he does the work.  He's insured and been doing this type of work for 15-20 years.
