This will be my first Frag Fest and I have a couple of questions:
Will all of the vendors accept credit cards, paypal, etc.?
Do the vendors just bag up the frags for you to put in your cooler and is there someplace to put coolers so you don't have to carry them around the whole time?
       Any other suggestions?

If you want something, you should buy it because it might not be there when you get back! /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/smile.gif If you pay for an item, I am sure the seller would be willing to hold onto it for you until you are ready for pick up.

I would recommend bringing cash. Few if any will accept credit cards and none will accept PayPal.

I normally leave my cooler in my car and just make several trips out to drop off frags.

I would agree with JB and bring cash. Paypal would work because most people have smart phones now and they can check to see if you have paid. The downside is slowing everyone down by paying that way.

That's true. I forgot about using PayPal on smart phones. It would work but I doubt if anyone will be doing it just because of the PITA factor.

#1 If your not married, bring more money than you think you'll need. If you are married, have a good witness that can back you up on how you "won" all the coral you came home with and unfortunately you were mugged on the way home.

    #2 Get there early!

#3 Sometimes you can get good deals right at tear down time, but more times that not, most of the "good stuff" has already been purchased.

#4. Don't forget the ATM card just in case.

#5 If #1 doesn't work have a place lined up you can stay at for a couple days until things "cool off" at home. (preferably with a QT tank)

WTT: mugging stories for spouses. I'll swear that you were jumped by these 4 dudes that came out of nowhere. That's right, I will lie for coral.

lol - so cash it is.  Even if I spend too much I can still go home - she'll just remember how much I spent the next time she goes shopping in Chicago with our daughter!  Somehow there always seems to be a multiplier effect because there's two of them...hmmm

well yeah. Makes perfect sense to me!

I say bring the daughter with you and then the multiplier effect will transfer to you!

And when you get home, dip and quarantine. You can save yourself a lot of headaches later if you do this.

Here's a special tip for sellers: Make sure the tank you're selling out of contains SALT water....

Hopefully the frags...if you have to dip and quarantine your wife, you might want to check just to make sure she's the right species...lol
