   If it's a marineland tank or similar that has two top braces going across, I would say to get 3 fixtures. This way you have one for each 1/3 of the tank and it will help reduce any shadowing given off by the braces.

   so 3 xr15? Why would anyone get the xr30 when the xr15 do roughly the same coverage at half the price?
