Lumatek or Icecap ballasts

    I was wondering if i can get some feedback on the pros and cons for these 2 ballasts. Wanting to upgrade the lighting on the tank...BTW i'm going with the icecap pedants and 14k phoenix bulbs(250 watt).

    HQI or SE?? I'm not any help with it but might help someone that does.
