   Does anyone have a mag 9.5 0r similar pump in the waterloo cf area i can use or buy till i can get a new one. Stuck my hand in my quarantine tank tonight and got shocked. I checked with voltmeter and had 12 volt into tank. Unplug the pump and it goes away. I put a ground probe in the tank and dropped it to 2 volt but still not good. the fish arent acting right.
