Does anyone have any experience working with/fixing C02 regulators?
I have a Milwaukee C02 regulator (with relay) on my C02 reactor.   No matter what I do, I can not get it to stay at a stable bubble count.   It's really odd because I can basically set the bubbles to where they are "free flowing" and within half an hour the bubbles stop completely and I have to turn it up again.   I have it turned way way up and I still have to keep turning it up more.   It didn't always have this problem.
    Any thoughts?

I know this may sound stupid, but are you out of gas or is your gas meter not working perhaps?

Otherwise I had a similar problem one time....could not keep a steady bubble count, and I replaced the needle valve. It worked. If I had to do it again I would have spent more $$$ on a better needle valve. $30 instead of $10....

    Yep, it has Gas... /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/smile.gif

After some more research, I came to the same conclusion about the needle valve needing to be replaced. The old one seems to be on there pretty good. Hopefully I can remove it without breaking the whole thing.

Yeah JB are you using a bronze needle valve? I trashed my bronze needle and got a nickle, much smoother and fine adjustment with it.
