I have been to regal plastics but they are dense or don't want my business. I am looking to get some brackets and shields made for my tank. Black plexi, 1/8 in or 1/4 inch depending on rigidity. I have measurments just need the plexi and it bent. I can cut it. I could buy it from regal if somone can bend it. They will do that if I just walk in. Can anyone recommend a business or hobbist with experience that can do this?

I am also fabricating a tool to help with water changes and need a (somewhat) reef safe epoxy. Any recommendations on that? The MAX it will b in the tank would b 4 hrs a month.

I made some support brackets out of wood and was planning on sealing them with plastidip. They would be submerged, 24/7, and experience with this stuff and saltwater?

    Thanks for reading!

Used a plastic welder, set your temp and use a pipe. Run heat through pipe and bend. Might take 5 minutes. Don't add more heat than the thermal tables say. Plastic degrades quickly.

You can get a cheap plastic welder from harbor freight

Turbo, I'll try to figure out pics...I've always hit a wall before and now that I look again....I have to upload my images on some site in order to give it a URL and that is way too much work to do when I have it right here on my destop-have another recommendation for sending you pics?

I tried out my 2 part epoxy (reef safe) and it seems to be working. We'll C how long it lasts.
