My first 125 reef tank... It scares me!

    thats a nice setup! The rapid led makes a heatsink with the mounting spots and splash guard much the same, except a 6" x 20" is only $30. it looks very close to the same.

    Wow! How has the growth been with them? Also how much approximately did yu spend??

    Only had the corals in the tank for a month but everything seems to really be liking the light except I bleached a plate coral.. Zoas are growing like mad.. Cost 700.00 for everything I ended up doing the 125 gal kit. I'm going to add some more royal blues to raise the color temp up a bit more

    I have a color scheme in mind as well. Did you get a chance to look into the controllers? It says it runs up to 9 drivers in every function possible. I want to believe it but one of these controllers anywhere else is three times as much!

    You can specify color scheme when you order.. I went for the full apex decided to spend the extra money to be able to control the entire tank not just the lights.. As they say you get what you pay for
