My fresh water setup

    Well I am just starting in saltwater.  Thought I would post my freshwater setup.  Forgive my pics I am not photographer
    My 180 gal planted tank (Spon to be salt fish only tank)

    Wow...those are beautiful cichlids. I had some mbunas that looked very similar to some of those in your pics. The one in your 6th pic looks like a Cynotilapia Afra "Jalo Reef"...that was my favorite. I gave all of my cichlids away to a club member recently. I hope they are doing well. I always wanted some discus, but never got them. Great looking fish!

    Very nice!  I love the Ahli!  I used to breed a ton of malowi sp.  but eventually switched to salt.  Great fish though!

    The one you are callin the ahli is a phenochilus tanzanian.
