My new lights are up and running!

I have just turned on my new AI Hydra 52s. OMG! I am prerty excited at the amount of light, but the director alows so much customization. It is a blast to play with the light configurations. TIME for some SPS!

 

Some pics. This is my old panoramic pro fixture at 100%. It was growing corals but slowly due to the tank being so deep compared to power of the fixture. Manufacturer emailed me back and advised I only needed one light fixture per my tank. I would have been happier with two. I may keep it as it would be perfect for a shallower tank. My previous aquascaping prior to last week did not make it off the sandbed very much thus PAR was weak on my corals at the low depth.

 

Here is my tank with 2 AI Htdra 52s at 25% power with the white and green at much lower levels than that. I have spent way too much time playing with the app on my phone last night and today but it is soo much fun.
